TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AB Event Agency, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of services.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email or letter).

  • If the client cancels more than 30 days before the event date, only the deposit will be withheld.

  • If the client cancels at least 21 days before the event date, the client is responsible for 50% of the total event costs.

  • If the client cancels less than 10 days before the event date, the client is responsible for 100% of the total event costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, guest counts, and access to venues or materials in a timely manner.

  • Final event details must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event.

4. Vendor & Venue Responsibility

  • AB Event Agency may work with third-party vendors (catering, entertainment, rentals, etc.). We are not liable for their performance but will assist in coordination.

  • Any damages or liability at the venue fall under the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

  • AB Event Agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage occurring at the event.

  • We carry out our services to the best of our ability and within the agreed scope.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, logo, design, images) is the property of AB Event Agency and may not be used without permission.
